Welcome! This portion of my website is dedicated to training therapists (or anyone interested in learning!). My aim here is this: to provide high-quality training videos that integrate what I have found to be the most useful, key ingredients pulled from a number of therapy modalities (as well as theories of childhood and brain development) into in-depth (yet as concise as possible!) conversations around transformation.

Check out the three video courses I have offered above. These videos move through content quickly, with a lot of information packed in! That is why once you have signed-up for a course, it will be available ongoingly, allowing you to go at your own pace, while also providing the opportunity for review. While we cover a lot, the aim of this project is to take complex concepts, and help them feel clear and organized in your mind. I use diagrams, demonstrations, and non-jargony language to help us hold deep ideas with heart-centered clarity.

CEU Info: These courses provide APA-approved CEU’s. That means that all psychologists are covered, and many master-levels people will be as well. However, when it comes to masters-level clinicians, it actually varies state-by-state whether APA-accreditation is enough. So please keep that in mind, and check that with your board if necessary! (All license types in TX are covered).

Aside from my video-based training, I offer live training groups through zoom. My core 6-month training is called Minding the Heart. For more advanced experiential therapists, I also lead a consultation group where participants show tape of their clinical work, and for folks specifically interested in learning coherence therapy, I lead two training groups with Bruce Ecker.
